Jaeger gate openers are made by Jaeger Industrial. There are two 12v DC models to choose from. The model 560 is a telescopic mechanical worm gear drive actuator capable of opening swing gates up to 3.5m wide with a max of 300Kg. 
The model 400 is a mechanical worm gear actuator capable of opening swing gates up to 2.5m wide and a max of 250Kg.
